Top artist for a pair of gothic wings in San Francisco

I've been wanting a pair of wings on my calf for 5+ years, and it's about time to do it.
This is my first tattoo and I want to keep it forever, so, I want it to be perfect.

I want them to be very feathery with lots of texture, not the stiff line-art style or anything that swings to the abstract side.

I never found an artist I like when I was in Seattle. Now I moved to San Francisco and noticed there are quite many more shops. Could anyone shed some light on my path to a pair of wings?
