Im not sure where his shop is at but Try to look for Horimasu very talented traditional artist.

Go to Shibuya. You have your choice of either Sunsqlit or Rin KG. I go to Rin KG. They are both about a mile from the train station.

thanks all. i actually managed to score an appointment with Horikiku-san in Yokohama at the Tattoo Museum. the guy is a phenomenal artist (freehanded everything) and is a pleasure to talk to. got 4 sessions. will be posting pics when i return to the states. highly recommend horikiku-san or any of Horiyoshis apprentices.
