neo-japanese work with body suit evolving from different artists....
About Me:
designer, began getting tattoo'd about 3yrs ago after a long wait and lots of research(really glad i didn't get that armband in '95). Enjoy snowboarding, working out, family, True Buddhism, music, art, horimono/tebori, fishing, drinking, eating and tattoos...
full back in progress by Horitomo at State of Grace in San Jose, CA..........
I agree, Horitomo's work is amazing. Clearly one of the best, if not the best in traditional Japanese tattooing. I haven't decided if I'll be going with tebori or machine on shading. On my last half sleeve, he did machine for shading. Maybe it's time to switch it up.
Thanks for the comment! Horitomo is doing an awesome job on your back piece. How often do you fly out for your sessions? Fortunately, I'm originally from the SF Bay Area, so I schedule appointments every time I fly back
Now I know what books your talking about. Ive always thought about getting one of those and yea I do find them for around that price range sometimes cheaper. I think the only reason why I havent bought one is becuase im trying to get all 5 of the Horiyoshi III books so far I got 4 so im right there.
thanks man! i live in oakland about 30 min away from san jose... taki and tomo were too much of a wait so i went with a another local guy... trust me i tried SOG haha
I agree with you. I know this is a "tattoo" site but I really am sketch about posting pictures of my work after seeing something like that. It's so aggrevating. Especially to see it ripped off so cheaply. It's like a slap in the face "I don't have any original ideas, and I don't have any money either..."
