- About Me:
- I got my first tattoo, a sun on my ankle, about 15 years ago and have added some here and there over the years until I decided to get a sleeve done about a year ago. Over the past year I've had several images inked on that represent what I feel are the different facets of me and some that i just liked the look of. One more sitting and it'll be completely done, then it's on to the left arm fo some traditional Irish lace patterns in black. Most of my current work is done by Raya at Full Color Coverage in Annapolis, I adore her.
- Describe your profession:
- I am a manager at a diagnostic pathology lab in Maryland. I truly love histology and have worked in various capacities at different types of labs in different industries. When I interviewed for my current position my sleeve was in the works. I wore long sleeves to cover everything up just in case. As it turns out, the company I work for is very tolerant of my art. While most of the time I have a lab coat on, it's OK for me to walk around the facility with short sleeves.
