Thanks for the photo comment. Marie is great. She is very detail-oriented and spent 2 hours just putting the stencil on, making it work in and of itself, and with my other leg, and making sure we were both completely happy with it. She's quiet when she works, but then again I'm not a big talker myself so that probably has a bit to do with it. She is super focused, an amazing artist, and I'm so glad that she's working on me. I have a coloring session with her tomorrow, so watch out for some photos coming soon!
not yet. the outline still has to be extended to a few inches above the wrist, most of the inner arm needs to be done and my shoulder too. I'm hoping that work, along with shading will be done for the most part for my 2nd session in 2 weeks....because I'm postponing my other sessions/color sessions until the fall when I have some more dough. It will end up being a little longer than a traditional 3/4. Even though it's close to a 3/4 now, I knew I wasn't going to be happy unless it was closer to a full sleeve. I will definitely update in 2 weeks.
