I have a secret. The past few days I've been back at my yoga/juice fast retreat on Long Island. It's fabulous but needless to say >>> I'm hungry!!! I've just kayaked for an hour and a half and I want meat. Like a whole chicken. Instead I got one glass of a yummy juice and an upcoming yoga class which should take my mind off my belly but meantime, I've been sneaking in computer time.

A lot of Needled posts are preprogrammed but some cool stuff pops up and I cant resist blogging like finding my friends Dave and Lea featured on the fabulous Offbeat Bride site. Plus, I get to write electronic love notes to hubby in between colonics! Ah, modern love.

Technically, this spa is a tech free zone to help guests relax, but seeing my nervous twitch from the last time I was here laptop free, I got a special pass to blog. Yes, pathetic. Thank gawd I have cool tattoos so people dont realize it so easy. Or maybe they already know because I quote the Sound of Music at regular intervals.
