Color coming off on my sheets

This is my second tattoo, its on my inner arm and I'm having a hard time with aftercare.

This one is noticeably scabbing up a lot, it may just be because of the colors in it (there are a lot of colors) but the colors are also rubbing off on my bedsheets when I go to sleep at night.

Is this a warning sign, should I be concerned? What should I do about it?
